Our Mission and Vision
Reliant IT Academy is a non-profit IT boot camp that recognizes the many disparities in the IT sector. We provide an accessible, educational framework that will ‘give talent a chance’ within our local communities especially the underrepresented, and underserved.
To our mission’s end, it is our Vision to see talent that otherwise would have been overlooked, be informed of the opportunity, educated, and then gainfully employed in this sector.
We have a strong moral and ethical purpose. It’s a privilege to have the responsibility of our daily work and immense impact on the world. Our purpose coupled with exceptional passion creates a high sense of urgency and deep commitment to our Fellows, to our community, and to each other.
