What is Coding4Women?
Coding4Women is Reliant IT Academy’s initiative to bring more women into the field of IT. It is our course work programs, that are reserved for women only, for the technology community represented by women.
While we could still offer co-ed classes exclusively, we feel by reserving classes for women only, that are also, taught by women, more will show interest than they would have otherwise, resulting in a more equitable gender share in the IT space.
